Michael Roman PhotographyStudio Portraits Gallery Portrait studio work is both art and science. Placing the lights and selecting a complimentary background are mostly science. Creating a pleasing pose takes as much art as it does science. But drawing out the personality of the portrait subject and knowing just the right moment to trip the shutter, that is all art.
